Located in New Jianshan Zone, Haining, Zhejiang, its factory covers more than 100 mu and the construction area is 74000 square meters. It has a total investment of 32 million US Dollars and a registered capital of RMB 100 million Yuan, and is equipped with Grade A manufacturing qualification of national special equipment elevator and Grade A installation, transformation and maintenance qualification.

Through introducing joint venture, digestion and absorption and innovative development, LINCOLN Elevator has fully realized self-production of main components and has established elevator manufacturing assembly lines of tractor product line, door lifter product line, control system product line, lift car product line, automatic spraying product line, laser cutting machine, robot welding line, etc, which are advanced both home and abroad. It boasts an annual production capability of 20000 sets. And its test tower is 129.8 meters high, with an elevator of 10.0 m/s speed and 1600kg load installed inside.
