The project is a shanty area reconstruction project invested by Siping government of Jilin. The project is owned by Siping Fuguo Investment Development Co. LTD and parts of it are constructed by China National Gold Engineering Corporation. As a removal and transformation pilot project of old industrial areas, the shanty transformation project in Siping is of great importance to revitalize old industrial bases.
