Century city in northern Guangxi is planned to be constructed in the third land mass of the new town in the north of the city which is in the west of Xiangyuan Road in Quanzhou County, in the north of northeast Guangxi Road and in the east of Chaojing North Road. The project is planned to cover an area of 53,333.3m2 and have an overall floorage of 231,034.02m2, and it is planned to have 1,654 households. The major construction contents are commercial and residential buildings.
