Hunan Haiyi intelligent logistics park is forged by Hunan Haiyi Intelligent Logistics Industry Development Co. LTD with an investment of 2 trillion. The central project of Haiyi intelligent logistics adopts O2O development and it is constituted by “Haiyi intelligent logistics park” and “Haiyi intelligent logistics cloud service platform”, which is a key project of internet of things jointly constructed by Haiyi intelligent and the cloud computing center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the first logistics cloud industrialized pilot project of the cloud computing center of Chinese Academy of Sciences in the national wide, the first domestic three-dimensional transport logistics industrial cluster base and the first intelligent regional logistics hub which combines virtuality and entity. The land area of “Haiyi intelligent logistics center” in the proposal stage is 523mu, and the project is divided into three phases to be developed with the first phase having a total investment of about 600million and a land use scale of 84mu. Depending on the entity construction of “Haiyi intelligent logistics” and through integration innovation of internet of things, cloud platform and mobile internet, Haiyi intelligent logistics cloud service platform uses calculation, storage and network resources of the national super computation Changsha center to establish a cloud service platform which faces to wisdom connection of virtuality and entity of intelligent logistics, realize wisdom connection through internet of things, cloud computing and big data processing technology, carry out core technology research and development and system integration, and provide management such as resource integration, dynamic connection, automatic monitoring and efficient intelligence. Moreover, it visits Professor Wu Jingmei, the first person for credit management from Renmin University of China, as the chief expert of construction of the credit system of the platform and explores to establish a logistics credit capital trading market and a logistics commerce integrity trading market on the basis of the “three-dimensional credit theory” of professor Wu. In addition, it constructs logistics electronic business services such as virtual logistics electronic trading, process management, supply chain integration, logistics finance and logistics integrity. Furthermore, it carries out construction of standard system for logistics services to promote standardization, informationization and modernization of logistics.
